RECIPE: Protein Balls

These are delicious. My husband can attest to that as he ate about 6 of them in one sitting. A quick little easy snack!
Another plus, they are a no-bake recipe which means; EASY!!
I also like that you can add or delete things to make them different depending on what you have in your cupboards!

~1/2 cup of peanut butter
~ 1 tsp of vanilla
~1 cup of oatmeal
~1/3 cup of honey
~ a scoop of vanilla protein powder (that's the flavour we had)
some coconut,
some chocolate chips
maybe some flax seeds.

Mix together. Put in fridge. Let cool. Then roll into balls.

And I think rolling them in coconut would be fantastic!
